I'm after the user maunal for the HS850 blue tooth headset. Can you pkease advise as to best 0place to purchase or download.

The blue light will come on when the set is on,blink when it's suppose to but,
while paring it the boom is suppose to be closed and the button is to be pressed until the blue
light comes on solid and stay solid after the boom is opened until the paring is completed with the cell phone.

"THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN"
